ss*1. Definitions and Interpretation*

In these terms:
– “We” or “Us” refers to JTT Events Limited.
– “Event” means any concert, sports event, or live show at The Royal Gunpowder Mills (RGM).
– “Organiser” means the entity arranging the Event, which could be us or another party like a promoter or artist.
– “RGM” stands for The Royal Gunpowder Mills, where the event takes place.
– “Ticket” is your entry pass in various forms.
– A “Ticket Agent” is someone authorized to sell Tickets.
– “Venue” includes different areas within RGM.
– “You” or “Your” means anyone attending RGM or a specific Venue for an Event.

*2. How These Terms Work*

– We organise the events in question at RGM and the Venues.
– Your behaviour at RGM, Venues, and Events follows these Venue Terms. When you buy Tickets or enter a Venue, you agree to these terms and, if applicable, the Ticket Terms.
– Some Organisers and Ticket Agents have their own rules, which you must also follow. If there’s a conflict between these Venue Terms and the Ticket Terms, these Venue Terms and Ticket Terms take priority.

*3. Amendments to These Terms*

– These Venue Terms may change as needed, such as for safety or legal reasons.
– Each visit to RGM follows the Venue Terms in place at that time.
– Ticket Terms may also change, so check them for each Event.

*4. Your Ticket*

– Your Ticket can be paper, mobile, email, wristband, or another approved format.
– Don’t damage or alter your Ticket, or it may not be valid.
– Your Ticket doesn’t give you rights to logos or trademarks on it.
– If seating changes at an Event, we’ll provide similar seats or refund the difference.

*5. Ticket Purchase & Resale*

– Buy Tickets only from authorized agents like www.tickettailor.com/events/jttevents. Avoid auction sites.
– We can cancel Tickets resold or bought from unauthorized sources.
– Don’t use automated methods to buy Tickets.
– Don’t use Tickets for promotions without our consent.

*6. Age Restrictions and Young Persons*

– All children need a Ticket unless stated otherwise.
– Some Events have age limits. Check before buying Tickets.
– Bring proof of age if needed.
– Consider the suitability of an Event for children in your group.

*7. Entry*

– Bring your valid Ticket and, if required, your ID.
– We may search you for safety.
– We have security measures like screening technologies.
– Follow any notices posted at the Venue.
– No animals, except service dogs.
– Don’t wear sports team attire.

*8. Events*

– No re-admission unless there’s a good reason.
– Seated Events may have standing attendees that block your view.
– Floor seating may not be tiered.
– Events may not start exactly on time.
– No professional recording equipment without permission.
– Follow all Venue rules and staff instructions.

*9. Health and Safety*

– In emergencies, follow instructions.
– No smoking inside RGM. Electronic cigarettes are allowed in certain areas.
– Be aware of loud music and flashing lights.
– Notify us in advance if you have specific access needs.
– Seats on level 4 may not be suitable if you’re afraid of heights.

*10. Food and Beverage*

– Usually, no outside food or drink is allowed, except on medical grounds.
– Alcohol sales follow Challenge 25! Policy.
– Be aware of allergens.
– No selling or distributing items.

*11. Merchandise*

– Buy official merchandise from specified outlets.
– Don’t sell or distribute items at or near RGM.
– No political or religious materials.

*12. Cancellation, Postponement, and Alterations*

– We may make non-material changes to Events.
– Material changes may entitle you to a refund through the Ticket Agent.
– Check our website for updates on Event changes.

*13. Liability*

– We’re liable up to the Ticket’s face value for losses or damage caused by our negligence.
– We’re not responsible for other expenses, like travel or accommodations.
– We’re not liable for circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
– This doesn’t affect your rights for injury caused by our negligence.

*14. General*

– We can assign our rights and obligations.
– If any part of these terms is invalid, it won’t affect the rest.
– Not enforcing our rights doesn’t mean we’ve waived them.
– These terms follow English Law.
– Any disputes go to the Courts of England and Wales.

*15. COVID-19*

– Follow COVID-19 Measures we communicate, like wearing masks.
– We may change these measures as needed.
– We can eject you for not complying without reasonable grounds.
